If you wish to carpool, please indicate your general location on the form. An email will be sent shortly after the deadline to the registrants interested in sharing the driving with contact information so you can reach out to people in your area. We look forward to seeing you there!

Dinner includes choice of Entree, Soup, Bread, Coffee/Tea, & a Cannoli.

Entree Choices are:
Spaghetti Parm with or without meat sauce.
Roasted Chicken with Italian spices, roasted potatoes & green beans.
