Please complete the form below to register for our November Dinner at My Tomato Pie Thursday evening, November 13 at 5:30 pm – Your confirmation email will list the payment options. We need this form so we have names for your nametags and team formation. The form you use if you’re putting the registration fee on your credit card goes to Square, providing your credit card company the information it needs – that doesn’t give us everything we’d like to have for your registration. 

If you wish to carpool, please indicate your general location on the form. An email will be sent shortly after the deadline to the registrants interested in sharing the driving with contact information so you can reach out to people in your area. We look forward to seeing you there!

    2. If you wish to pay by mail, please send a check for $34/person, made out to “AAUW Buffalo” to: AAUW Buffalo, PO Box 894, Buffalo, NY 14225. Please make sure we have all the names in your group.
